He probably can sense the second soul within her though its source he wouldn't be able to get too much of a fix on what exactly it is. Probably that it's a helpful soul of some kind.
To be honest, Kid probably wouldn't see it or her own soul as a true demonic soul since I'm pretty sure that situation doesn't match with Soul Eater's definition of demons. I'd say maybe a slight taint but still an overall good soul?
