Kid has the ability to see other people's souls. In doing so, he can get a general idea of what a character is like—such as their personality, whether they're good or evil, or even if they're human or not. The souls serve as a kind of "ID Mark" so if activated, he can recognize someone by their soul. This also means he's capable of tracking someone by searching for their soul wavelength, but it's not precise and he has to be within a certain range to do it. It's mostly an "active" skill, meaning Kid has to activate it to fully concentrate and utilize it. However, as a death god Kid is also sensitive to soul wavelengths in general, so he'll be able to passively pick up faint traces of powerful souls.
So with that in mind, just fill out this little form to let me know what all Kid can determine about a character's soul! This...probably won't happen that often (by default I won't have him look), but should the case arise, I'd like to have a good handle.
Also, in Soul Eater world, the souls also have physical characteristics that also represent the person, so if you want your character to have some kind of spiffy design, feel free xD

Can Kid see the soul: YES!
Any specific traits he would be able to note? Darkstar is deceptive, on the outside, he can look cool and collected, and he works best with plans. He's not good at improvising, so his soul would reflect that. He's nonhuman, though he can take on a human appearance with enough power. Kid would definitely be able to tell that his soul is something other than default human. He might be able to sense Darkstar's energy manipulation abilities...possibly even that they are hunger based.
BONUS! Soul DescriptionDarkstar's soul shifts whether he is "Michael" or "Darkstar." As Michael, his soul is a golden ball of light with a single hair curl. It smiles smugly. As Darkstar, it is a cranky looking grey ball with dark circles around its eyes.
Extra: Darkstar is a mana leech. As a God of Death, Kid's mana has an intoxicating lure, but after its initial heady reaction, it spirals into a physically painful consumption. Congratulations, Kid. He is allergic to you.
